Set up a C corporation, establish a bank account, define the 2,000 homes, recruit door knockers, who would be paid $5 per adult sign up. This will cost $15,000. They will also be paid $100 bonus for each successful initial meeting location (living room) with one expected every 100 homes, Thus 20 initial meeting locations, will cost $2000. At those meetings the not-silent partner will give an overview of the program and locate and recruit two organizers.
