We first find a sponsor for your neighborhood, then hire door knockers, then hire an organizer, who then recruits and trains safety teams. If you know of potential sponsors please email us and let us get the ball rolling in your area.
About 10 hours per month. You get trained, you train others at monthly meetings, you help out with the drills.
Versions of this program have been implemented in 21 cities and in each case we have full participation of the local police and fire services.
