We do not charge neighbors. We invite you to attend the in-livingroom meetings so that you can get to know your neighbors and learn what to do in a disaster.
We suggest you buy a set of walkie talkies, available at BestBuy and other locations. If you have an injury in your family it is a quick way to get help from your neighborhood volunteer safety team. They can then respond appropriately. It also helps with the "evacuate to a park for a picnic" annual drill, and other neighborhood drills.
